Shoplus review: what to use now

You saw Shoplus on a list. Here is what happened to it

You found Shoplus in a 2026 roundup of TikTok analytics tools, or you still have a login and the dashboard no longer loads. Both lead to the same place. Shoplus's own notice says the company ceased operations and all related services on September 19, citing "challenges in global policies and business conditions."

There is nothing left to buy and no account to open. The lists that still rank it were written before the notice was published, or were never updated afterwards.

What Shoplus did while it ran

Shoplus described itself as a TikTok analytics tool for sellers and creators who wanted to track trends, find product opportunities and watch competitors. Its homepage promised hourly-updated data on TikTok product sales, and its FAQ named the areas it covered: influencers, products, videos and shops. The app's sidebar matched that, with screens for Products, Influencers, a Creator Center for viral videos, songs and hashtags, and Shops.

Registration was free and the trial needed no credit or debit card. The paid plans differed in how many entries of each ranking you could see, how many detail pages you could open a day, and how many teammates could share the account.

What to use instead, by the job you used Shoplus for

What users said while it was live

Independent feedback on Shoplus was always thin. Its Trustpilot page held one review, from a user named Kayla who sold beauty products: "If you're a TikTok seller of beauty products, it's so helpful to keep track of TikTok trends, discover potential products to sell, or find the approriate influencer to promote your products!"

The critical notes came from write-ups. A Toolsurf review warned that "individual sales figures may be off by 20-30%", and a Trenz roundup of TikTok Shop analytics tools said "multiple user reports mention inconsistent data accuracy." The same site's FastMoss alternatives guide added that "Shoplus has zero reviews on G2 as of mid-2026."

That record no longer decides a purchase, but it sets the bar for a replacement. Every tool on this site estimates sales from what it can see, so I would treat their figures as a rough guide and compare products against each other before trusting any single number.

Shoplus pricing: the last three plans
