Kalodata pricing and plans

What Kalodata costs, how to try it before you pay, and which usage limit determines the right plan for your shop.

By Nora Whitfield, Editor, seller tools and fee calculators. Updated 2026-10-19.

How Kalodata charges

Kalodata sells monthly subscriptions and starts every new account with a 7-day free trial. Its homepage says the trial needs no credit card. Plan prices appear once you create an account: the pricing link on its site opens a sign-up form.

What changes between plans

Research tools in this category tier on the same handful of limits, and those are what to compare inside the trial: searches per day, how deep a results list goes, detail-page views per day, how many items you can track, and how many days of history you see. Kalodata's homepage headline figure is 1,000 days of history, so check which plan unlocks the full window before you pay for it.

How to pick a plan

Run one normal research day in the trial. Note the first limit that stops you. If you check a few products a week, the entry tier is enough. If you research every day, or build reports for clients, the history window and the daily detail views are usually what push you up a tier. Set a reminder for day six so the trial ends on your decision.

Cheaper ways to get the same answer

FastMoss shows its plan prices in its checkout and also starts with a 7-day trial without a card. If price decides it, run both trials in the same week on the same products. The Kalodata vs FastMoss page lists the limits side by side.

What works

  • Covers products, shops, creators, videos, ads and livestreams in one account
  • Homepage lists 1,000 days of historical data, long enough to see a product's seasonal pattern
  • 7-day free trial with no card on the vendor's homepage
  • An API for teams that want the data in their own sheets or BI tools

What to watch

  • Screens carry a lot of data at once, and newer sellers describe the interface as clumsy at first
  • Its Trustpilot sample is small and billing comes up among the complaints, so cancel before the trial ends if it is not for you
  • No affiliate or creator outreach automation: you find creators here and contact them elsewhere
