What LitCommerce does
LitCommerce is a multichannel listing tool. It connects a main store on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce or Square to TikTok Shop and other marketplaces, and runs them from one dashboard.
For TikTok Shop it handles three jobs. Quick Publish lists products in bulk. A sync cycle copies titles, descriptions, stock and prices from your store to TikTok. And TikTok Shop orders are imported into the main store, so a Shopify seller fulfils them next to web orders. The Shopify TikTok Shop integration page describes all three.
Who should use it
Sellers for whom TikTok Shop is one channel among several. One tool feeding every marketplace from the same product data is easier to keep consistent than a separate connector per channel. A Shopify seller whose only marketplace is TikTok gets the same core sync from TikTok's free Shopify channel, and WooCommerce sellers can weigh it against CedCommerce's WordPress plugin.
The sync interval
LitCommerce documents a 15-minute sync cycle. CedCommerce describes its sync as near real-time, and TikTok's own channel checks Shopify stock every time an order is placed. The interval matters most for products whose last units sell within minutes of each other, during a LIVE session for example, because stock can change between two cycles.
Setup: quick for some, stuck for others
A merchant on the Shopify App Store credits LitCommerce's team with getting 50 more products live on TikTok within two hours. On Trustpilot, another reviewer reports that the tool failed to connect to TikTok at all. Both are single reports, and both turn on the same moment: the first connection to TikTok.
