Creator outreach review
Reacher review for TikTok Shop sellers
Reacher automates the TikTok Shop affiliate program: it finds creators, sends Target Collaboration invites, DMs and emails, tracks samples in a CRM and reports GMV per creator.
The short answer
Reacher is the pick if you run a TikTok Shop affiliate program and need to send thousands of creator invites a day without doing it by hand.
What works
- Published daily outreach limits per plan: 1,000 on Starter and 10,000 on Pro
- Automates Target Collaboration invites, DMs and email from one place
- Creator CRM with sample tracking, and AI review of sample requests on Pro
- Clear plan table on the pricing page, and the vendor names its markets (US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland and more)
What to watch
- AI creator search, automated follow-ups and campaigns sit on the Pro plan, so Starter is mostly volume outreach
- Few independent user reviews yet for a tool founded in 2024, so most proof comes from the vendor's own case studies
- TikTok DM automation is Enterprise-only
What Reacher does
Reacher is TikTok Shop affiliate software. It covers the loop a brand repeats every week: find creators who fit, invite them, approve samples, nudge them to post, and see which ones drive sales. The creator database holds 4M+ profiles, and outreach goes out as TikTok Shop Affiliate Center Target Collaboration invites, DMs and emails from one queue.
The pricing page publishes the limits that decide the plan. Starter sends 1,000 outreach messages a day and runs 3 automations at once. Pro sends 10,000 a day and runs 10. Enterprise lifts both and adds TikTok DM automation.
Who should use it
Brands with a product already selling on TikTok Shop that want more creators posting about it.
If you send fewer than a few dozen invites a week, the Affiliate Center inside Seller Center does the job for free. Reacher earns its fee once invites, follow-ups and sample requests take hours a week to handle, which for most brands happens somewhere past the first hundred active creators.
Starter or Pro
Starter gives you the database, Target Collaboration plus DM and email automation, 1,000 CRM messages a day and basic analytics. Pro adds the parts that make outreach smarter: AI creator search, automated follow-ups, unlimited CRM messages, AI review of sample requests, creator campaigns (retainers, challenges and contests), exportable analytics and a dedicated Slack channel.
A simple test decides it. If most creators you invite never reply, follow-ups are what you are missing, and those are a Pro feature. If replies are fine and you only need more invites out the door, Starter covers it.
Where it falls short
Reacher was founded in 2024 and has few independent reviews on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot so far, which is normal for a tool this young. Most published results are its own case studies, such as YWS reporting 18 hours a week saved across six brands. Judge it on your own trial numbers: reply rate, sample-to-post rate and hours saved.
The homepage advertises a 14-day trial while the pricing page offers 10 days. Plan on the shorter one.
Reacher against Euka
The two have the same published price points. Reacher sets daily outreach caps per plan. Euka's entry plan is capped by the month and aimed at shops in their first months of sales, and Euka leans harder into retention: contests, retainers and licensed creator content for Meta ads. The full split is on Reacher vs Euka.
Our take
Reacher is where I would start a brand that has outgrown sending invites by hand. Begin on Starter if volume is the problem, move to Pro when follow-ups and sample triage eat your week, and measure the trial on replies and posts rather than invites sent.
