Creator outreach review

Euka review for TikTok Shop sellers

Euka is a TikTok Shop affiliate platform that runs creator discovery, outreach agents, a CRM, contests, retainers and usage rights for Meta ads, priced per workspace.

The short answer

Euka is the pick if creators try your product once and stop, and you want contests, retainers and licensed content to keep them posting.

See what Euka costs, or compare the alternatives.

What works

  • Search creators by plain-English brief or by a reference image
  • Contests with leaderboards and retainers with guaranteed video deliverables
  • License creator videos and publish them to Meta ads from the same platform
  • Starter allows unlimited outreach and CRM during a shop's cold start

What to watch

  • Starter caps messages and invites at 10,000 a month and is meant for shops in their first months of sales
  • Plan placement of several features is not spelled out, so ask in the demo which plan includes what you need
  • Priced per workspace, so agencies with many shops pay per shop unless they negotiate the Agency plan

What Euka does

Euka calls itself an operating system for a TikTok Shop creator program, and its homepage walks through five stages: discover, activate, engage, scale and optimize. Discovery searches 4M+ creators ranked by what they have sold, by a typed brief or a dropped-in reference image. Outreach runs through agents that fire on conditions, such as sending a creative brief when a sample is delivered or a Discord invite once a creator passes a GMV milestone.

The retention tools

Euka's strongest pages are about what happens after the first post. Contests run monthly GMV or posting challenges with automatic leaderboards. Retainers lock proven creators into a set number of videos each period. The scale stage licenses creator videos, pushes them to Meta ads and pays the creator a share of ad spend, revenue or a flat fee.

That is the gap many brands hit.

Outreach fills the top of the list, then most creators post once and drift. If your sample-to-second-post rate is low, these features are aimed squarely at it, and they are what separates Euka from tools that stop at the invite.

Who should use it

Brands past the launch stage with a roster of creators to keep active, and agencies running several shops. A brand still looking for its first fifty creators may get more from a volume outreach tool first.

Starter or Growth

Starter is priced per workspace and targets shops under $2k monthly GMV: unlimited outreach and CRM during that early stage, 10,000 messages and invites a month, limited Social Intelligence and a launch playbook. Growth removes the message caps and adds unlimited contests, automated Spark code collection, AI creator search, outreach to competitors' creators, automated creative briefs and a dedicated account manager.

Where it falls short

The pricing page lists features per plan, but usage rights appear only under Enterprise and several homepage features carry no plan label. Bring a list to the demo and get the plan for each written down. G2 holds only two reviews, which is thin outside proof for a tool that reports more than 17,000 stores.

Euka against Reacher

The two cost the same at each step. Reacher publishes daily outreach caps and sells harder on volume. Euka sells retention and creator ads. See Reacher vs Euka for the plan-by-plan view.

Our take

Choose Euka when keeping creators is harder than finding them. Confirm in the demo which plan carries contests, retainers and video licensing, since that decides whether you need Growth or Enterprise.
